Role OverviewThe J Resort is seeking an Assistant Pastry Chef to oversee pastry kitchen operations, manage staff, and drive creative solutions for dessert menus. The role involves maintaining a positive work environment, building morale, and ensuring high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include managing pastry kitchen operations, training staff, preparing operational reports, and analyzing financial transactions. The role also involves interviewing, hiring, and training employees, planning and directing work, and appraising performance.

They will also have intermediate to advanced reading, writing, math skills, and basic computer skills.
