This in-office position oversees all office management tasks within California, New York, and Arizona, including office organization, vendor coordination, and finance administration. The role supports company culture and ensures smooth daily operations for both employees and guests.

Requirements

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all TicketManager offices.
  • Oversee office supplies, kitchen stock, and common area upkeep.
  • Coordinate catering and food service for team meals and events.
  • Prepare and maintain meeting spaces.
  • Monitor office equipment and facilities.
  • Keep shared files and records organized.
  • Collaborate with cross-office teams.
