Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our finance team within the trailer manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for overseeing key accounting functions, supporting monthly close activities, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and cost accounting principles
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Infor, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
