Role OverviewThe Assistant Plant Manager supports the daily operations of the precast manufacturing facility with a focus on total Precast operations. This role assists in coordinating manufacturing activities, ensuring production quality, scheduling to meet the needs of customers, and safety compliance.
What You Will Do
Assist Plant Manager with scheduling, staffing, and coordination of plant operations, plan and sequence precast panel production to meet project schedules and quality standards, track daily production records and monitor progress against delivery timelines, collaborate with QC, Engineering, and Project Managers to resolve production issues.

Requirements
- High School graduate - some college preferred
- 5+ years of precast management experience preferred
- Good communication skills required (both written and oral)
- Good organizational and planning skills required
- Experience with computer programs required (Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point)
- Print reading and drawing/blueprint skills preferred
- Proven ability to be a team leader
