Job Description
The Assistant Pools & Recreation Manager will assist in managing 2 poolside food and beverage outlets, overseeing the Recreation department, and handling various guest services responsibilities.

Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of one-year previous Food and Beverage Supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including Weekends, and Holidays
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of Symphony POS system
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Candidates should possess proven leadership skills
  • Duties may also include training, staff development and scheduling
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
  • Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
  • Ability to push and pull heavy amounts of weight
  • Ability to work outdoors in the sun and sand
  • CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification preferred
  • CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification Required
  • California Food Handlers Certification required
