Role OverviewJoin Atlas Real Estate as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and contribute to building lasting relationships with residents, vendors, and owners. You'll optimize property performance by managing property schedules and conducting thorough fieldwork. You'll also contribute to marketing efforts by creating engaging ads and managing leads.
What You Will Do
Provide field support for Portfolio Managers, including building and maintaining positive relationships, conducting field work, and using high-touch communication methods. Drive to properties to complete tasks and fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Active Real Estate license in Georgia
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic office technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
