The Assistant Prepared Foods Manager - Bakeshop is dedicated to delivering exceptional baked goods while serving as the primary point of contact for the team. This role is key in overseeing daily operations, leading the production of high-quality products, and ensuring efficiency and timeliness in the creation of baked goods.

What You Will Do

Produces Bakeshop products and follows menu rotation as instructed, maintains consistent quality products, and ensures all finished products are labeled appropriately and stored according to department protocol.

Requirements

• At least 5 years baking experience in a professional kitchen
• At least 2 years management/strong supervisor experience, preferably in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment
• Experience in executing systems and procedures to provide for efficient and productive kitchen operations
• Knowledge of food procurement and inventory management
• Previous experience working with local, organic products and familiarity with standards regarding local, organic produces is preferred
