Role OverviewThe Assistant Preschool Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, healthy, and educational learning environment for children and families. They will assist in implementing developmentally appropriate activities, interact with children, and maintain a safe and healthy classroom environment.

Key responsibilities include assisting in the day-to-day program schedule, interacting with children, monitoring the classroom, and maintaining children's files and reports.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EEC Teacher qualified preferred
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Above average interpersonal skills
- Honesty, integrity, and operating as a team player
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to balance multiple assignments and adjust direction and priorities
- Report to scheduled shift consistently and on time
- Follow policies, procedures, and rules of the organization
- Maintain high program standards
