Assist in managing the Produce Department to achieve maximum sales and profit while maintaining optimum store conditions, providing excellent customer service, and supporting local farmers and producers. Requirements

  • Greet customers and respond to their questions and concerns
  • Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating Produce Department personnel
  • Maintain the perishable department Communication Board and implement the weekly display plan
  • Supervise and perform display of product, order and stocking of produce products and supplies, and cleaning and maintenance of the department
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by the store manager and substitute for absent workers
