Role OverviewThe Assistant Production Manager supports the Production and Print Design Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of the Curated Linen Collection fabrication team.
What You Will Do
Coordinate production priorities, monitor productivity, and promote safe work practices. Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide responsive service to internal partners and external vendors.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience in production, manufacturing, fabrication, textile operations, or a related operational environment
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience with production scheduling, quality control, inventory, and operational process improvement
- Working knowledge of expense tracking, vendor coordination, and cost controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
