Role OverviewThe Department of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Methodist University is seeking an experienced Clinical Placement Coordinator to provide leadership related to practicum and internship placement, skill development, and supervision. This is a non-remote appointment; presence on the Methodist University campus in Fayetteville, North Carolina is required. The position involves teaching core graduate-level coursework in a hybrid format, developing strategies to coordinate students' internship/practicum and field experience opportunities, and creating and maintaining partnerships with mental health organizations.
What You Will Do
Teach core graduate-level coursework, develop and execute strategies for internship and practicum placement, serve as liaison with students, educators, staff, and community agencies, create and maintain partnerships with mental health organizations, and participate in accreditation and program approval standards.
