Job Description
The University of Wyoming is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Nuclear Science/Engineering to join their School of Energy Resources. The role focuses on developing and supervising research, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, and establishing a nationally-recognized research program. Applicants should have research interests in reactor/nuclear physics, advanced energy systems, or materials science related to nuclear applications.
Requirements
A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline (e.g., materials science, nuclear engineering, mechanical engineering).
A strong track record of research accomplishments supported by peer-reviewed publications and conference proceedings.
A desire to establish an independently-funded research program in Nuclear Science or Engineering.
