Role OverviewThe Robert G. Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. The position is available beginning Fall 2027 and is subject to final budget approval. What You Will Do
The successful candidate will shepherd the content areas of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management in the school's curricula. They will also contribute to the new Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence for Business by teaching graduate courses focused on the application of AI in human resources and general management.

Requirements
