Role OverviewThe Assistant Program Director is responsible for assisting the Program Director in the development and management of daily programming for the afterschool program. This role involves overseeing the daily operation of all aspects of the program, attending staff meetings, and participating in professional development activities.
What You Will Do
Assist with the design and implementation of programming and scheduling, track and input student records and attendance, and coordinate and plan program activities and culminating events.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Three years' experience in youth program supervision and/or administration

- Ability to work occasional weekends/late evenings
