Role OverviewThe Assistant Program Director is responsible for assisting the Program Director in the development and management of daily programming for the afterschool program. This role involves overseeing daily operations, attending staff meetings, and implementing programming and scheduling. In the absence of the Program Director, the Assistant Program Director provides overall leadership and administration of the program.
What You Will Do
Assist with the design and implementation of programming and scheduling, track and input student records and attendance, coordinate and plan program activities and culminating events, and network and outreach to community organizations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Three years' experience in youth program supervision and/or administration
- Experience in program development for youth
- Ability to pass DOHMH & DOE clearances and background checks
Benefits
- Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
- 35 Hours/Week; Exempt
- Monday - Friday, 10 am to 6 pm
- Occasional weekends/late evenings
