Job Description
Join Thresholds’ Homeless Outreach Program as a Assistant Program Director. The Homeless Outreach Program preform therapeutic relationships with people who struggle with homelessness and severe mental illness. Using evidence-based clinical skills, we help people change their lives.

Requirements

  • Ensures the delivery of all program and casework services align with agency objectives and promulgate agency traditions, practices and organizational goals.
  • Provides direct service to members and their families, functioning as the senior clinician or 'player coach' of your team.
  • Ensures the team functions optimally, in conjunction with other parts of the program, while meeting the community support and rehabilitation needs of our members, as well as commercial insurance standards.

Benefits
