The role is responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Program Director develops, implements, manages, and modifies the Rite of Passage program, overseeing site operations, policies, and procedures, as well as educational, vocational, and clinical services.

Requirements
- BA/BS in a related field (master's degree preferred)
- Experience working with the Department of Juvenile Justice in Florida
- Minimum of four years of related experience in residential facility management
- Empathetic, patient, and respectful towards others
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test
