What You Will Do
Manage a team, oversee programming, and ensure compliance with DEEC licensing requirements. Provide case management, facilitate staff meetings, and maintain constant contact with guardians and collaterals.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role, experience working with youth in a residential setting, and strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or experience
- At least 2+ years of work in residential
- Preferred case management experience
