In the absence of the Program Director, you will lead the site management team and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Requirements
- BA/BS in related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Four years of related experience in residential facility management
- Ability to manage multiple people and projects
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB Test
