Role OverviewThe Assistant Program Director will be part of a dynamic Youth Development Center serving young people through after-school, holiday, and summer programs. They will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with youth, support and coach program staff, collaborate with school partners, and help create programs where young people can learn, lead, explore, and have fun.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Program Director will help lead the daily operations of the program, support staff, and ensure youth have a safe, welcoming, and engaging experience. They will support the day-to-day operation of after-school, holiday camp, and summer camp programs, coach and mentor program staff, and develop and facilitate engaging activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
- At least three (3) years of experience working with youth
- Experience with elementary or middle school-aged youth is a plus
- At least one (1) year of staff supervision experience
