Requirements

  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Experience working with youth/young adults in a residential setting
  • Therapeutic communication techniques, conflict resolution, staff training and hiring practices
  • MAP certification
  • Case management experience
  • Associate's degree or experience preferred
