Role OverviewThe Assistant Program Director will provide support and clinical supervision to case managers and other social service staff, ensuring excellent service provision and helping clients to remain stably housed in a supportive environment while optimizing tenant health and well-being. The role involves ensuring the provision of quality and timely services, including psychiatric and medical care, entitlements, assessment & treatment planning, and linkages to day programs, clubhouses, employment, and recovery. The Assistant Program Director will also supervise case management staff, ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner, and provide coaching on policies and clinical practice.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include providing weekly supervision to staff, promoting staff development, evaluating their work, and initiating disciplinary action when required. The Assistant Program Director will also participate in new client interviews, intakes, and admission meetings, coordinate client care with onsite treatment providers, and assist with audit preparation and performance improvement plans as needed.

Requirements
- Master's Degree Preferred, Bachelor's Degree considered with significant experience
- Supervisory experience required
