Join our team as a Residential Assistant Program Manager and collaborate with the Program Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day activities while providing exceptional person-centered care in accordance with MN 245D and the Positive Supports Rule. Requirements

  • Partner with leadership to lead a team in providing person-centered support services
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement individualized service plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and comply with all applicable regulations and policies
  • Provide training and coaching to team members
  • Assist with scheduling and finding staff to fill in as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
