Job Description
The Assistant, Project Management role provides administrative support to project managers and prepares project paperwork as needed. This role will work in a hybrid schedule in Lexington, KY.

Requirements

  • Administrative functions such as word processing for Project Managers on correspondence and project paperwork.
  • Copying and distribution of printed materials for meetings.
  • Attending weekly production meetings and project kick off meetings.
  • Taking minutes and distributing minutes and updates milestone reports.
  • Assisting Project Managers with design submittals and ensuring secure mailing.
  • Maintaining project files and performing project file archival.
