Role Overview

The Assistant Project Manager will help design critical infrastructure that supports the digital age and shapes the spaces where people work, connect, and thrive. The role involves coordinating work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project's life cycle, managing multi-disciplinary design teams, and working closely with local Project Managers and global client management teams.

What You Will Do

On a day-to-day basis, the Assistant Project Manager will coordinate workload, complete deliverables on budget and schedule, work with Project Managers and Accounting, and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5 years related experience
  • PMP certification or PE license
  • Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360 Docs, BIM360 Field, AutoDesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
  • MS Office and MS Project experience
  • Familiarity with Google communication products (gDrive, Chat, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Ability to interact with various design teams
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
