Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction and infrastructure projects. This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
What You Will Do
Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, coordinate and track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement activities, support jobsite operations and assist in managing subcontractor performance and compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of project coordination, construction, or field experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with project scheduling software
- Working knowledge of construction documents, project processes, and industry best practices
