Role OverviewAssists the project team with project administration, scheduling, project budgets, billing, and building relationships with architects, clients, subcontractors, and other jobsite personnel. Responsible for learning and utilizing Prolog Converge as the primary project management software.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage relationships with clients, architects, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Review, coordinate, distribute, and submit administrative paperwork to architects and owners as required. Maintain project schedule by assisting with creating and regularly updating the 'progress schedule' with Superintendent and Project Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial construction, a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related field, and certifications in Confined Space, First Aid/CPR/AED, and Defensive Driving.
