Job Description
Owen-Ames-Kimball is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects by assisting with planning, coordination, and execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred)
  • 3–6 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects with a general contractor
  • Working knowledge of construction means and methods, schedules, contracts, and documentation processes
  • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
  • A team‐oriented mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and client service
