Job Description
Implement programs to comply with construction requirements, manage projects and teams, and interpret laws and regulations. Coordinate subcontractors and deliveries, and maintain records.
Requirements
2-3 years experience in construction management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, engineering, or comparable degree
Prior experience at Assistant Project Manager level or above
Knowledge of state and local politics and permitting procedures
