Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager assists their assigned Project Manager in planning, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects.

Requirements

  • Assist Project Manager in coordinating contractual requirements, design drawings, and project specifications
  • Implements programs to comply with legal, regulatory and standards of construction requirements
  • Works with PM and Site Superintendent to manage projects, subcontractors, suppliers, and building officials
