Role OverviewThe Assistant Project Manager is responsible for ensuring projects proceed safe, accurate, and smooth. This position serves as a liaison between the client, the construction project manager, and the many subcontractors.
What You Will Do
Draft subcontractor agreements, track executed agreements, plan work schedules, complete equipment usage reports, obtain and track submittals, prepare monthly pay requests, obtain materials and quotes, track invoices and receipts, create and file documentation, and ensure proper completion of timesheets.
