Role OverviewThe Assistant Project Manager will assist the Project Manager with managing the project life cycle process on assigned projects, including obtaining project pricing, budgeting, estimating, detailing, management of subcontractors/vendors, and project schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe and secure work environment, assisting project managers and superintendents in executing the project life cycle, and participating in operation, corporate, and departmental meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering
- 0-2 years' experience in the industry
- Thorough knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, equipment, and methods
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of the industry and the Company's competitors
- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
