Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager to join our Charlotte office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience managing construction projects valued at $40+ million and up, and will be responsible for reading documents and contracts, writing subcontracts, and maintaining owner relations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience managing construction projects valued at $40+ million and up
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience working in Procore
  • Multifamily experience required
  • College degree preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status
  • Ability to create material take-off's
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
