Job Description
Join Inframark as an Assistant Project Manager – Stormwater / Public Works Operations. This role involves leading and supporting daily field operations for stormwater, sewer, and public works services, supervising crews, and managing budgets.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in stormwater, sewer, or public works operations
  • Supervisory or crew lead experience, ideally overseeing field teams or equipment operators
  • Experience working with or managing vactor/vac truck operations highly preferred
  • CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Operator license (or ability to obtain) preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and operational planning
  • Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving ability
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
