Job Description
The Assistant Property Manager 1 is an extension of our Property Management Leadership team and works closely with their Property Manager on the oversight of all operational and financial aspects for the day-to-day operations of their assigned multifamily residential properties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and vehicle insurance
  • National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) or similar certifications
  • Four-year degree in business or related subject
