The Assistant Property Manager will solve residential operational needs, provide exceptional customer service, and foster great relationships as the heart of the action at Mission Rock Residential. The role involves managing payables and collections, leasing and pre-leasing apartment homes, and maintaining a neat office/clubhouse.

Requirements

  • Ability and desire to work within and lead a team
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience
  • Adherence to Fair Housing best practices
  • Advanced computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Suite
  • Property Management skills/experience
