As an Assistant Community Manager, you will oversee the administrative, leasing, and customer service facets of the community's operations to achieve occupancy and income goals.

Requirements

  • Ensure that all rents are collected in a timely manner
  • Maintain controls over accounts receivables
  • Oversee the lease renewal program
  • Assist with month-end reporting
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents
  • Manage and oversee move-outs, security deposits, refunds, and reimbursements
