Job Description
As an Assistant Community Manager, you will oversee the administrative, leasing, and customer service facets of the community's operations to achieve occupancy and income goals.
Requirements
Ensure that all rents are collected in a timely manner
Maintain controls over accounts receivables
Oversee the lease renewal program
Assist with month-end reporting
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents
Manage and oversee move-outs, security deposits, refunds, and reimbursements
