Job Description
Ginkgo Residential LLC seeks a dedicated, bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support the management of a multi-million-dollar asset, ensuring high standards of property management and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or Associate's Degree and 3 years of experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in property management software (Entrata preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, bilingual (English & Spanish), interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid state-issued driver's license
