Role OverviewWe are looking for a leader with financial experience to manage our garden-style community with townhomes and attached garages. This property is located near UNC Chapel Hill/Duke. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for completing daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community.
What You Will Do
The Assistant Property Manager will complete daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community, review and submit invoices from vendors and service providers for payment, and process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.).
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
