Role OverviewThe Assistant Property Manager is responsible for executing key administrative duties that support effective property operations, including assisting with revenue collection and expense management, ensuring adherence to operational and contractual obligations, and upholding resident relations policies and procedures.
What You Will Do
Key job responsibilities include meeting with prospective residents, showing properties, completing rental applications, preparing leases, maintaining documentation, coordinating revenue collection, performing bookkeeping functions, and assisting with operational reviews.

Requirements
- High school diploma (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an office setting
- Experience with Public Housing, Project-based Voucher, Tax Credit and Section 8 is highly-preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills
- Advanced organizational and time management skills
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office
