Role OverviewThe Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting with the daily operation of the entire property/properties. Perform all administrative duties for both internal and external agencies and maintain positive relationships with the residents of the property.
What You Will Do
Assist in managing all aspects of building's occupancy and maintenance, process background checks, rental applications, certifications, rent calculations, and prepare leasing documents.

Requirements
- High School Diploma
- minimum of two (2) years of related experience in property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet all assigned deadlines
- Must possess a positive attitude and high level of flexibility
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with limited supervision
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws
- Must have a valid driver license, and reliable transportation
