Stream Realty Partners is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to provide first-class property management services and assist a Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of commercial properties. The role involves working with Property Managers to resolve building operations' issues, enhancing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and governmental agency directives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years experience in Commercial Property Management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience using real estate software (Yardi or MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar programs)
  • Basic accounting knowledge and skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
