Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a passionate and goal-oriented individual to fill the Assistant Property Manager role. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the property's efficient operation under the Property Manager's direction.

Requirements

  • At least two years in property management or related industry
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Developed leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with rent collections, posting to G/L, completing daily deposits, calculating SODAs, etc.
  • Experience with MRI is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
