Job Description
We are searching for an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Rosamond Gateway Village Apartments in Rosamond, CA. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience in property management
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience with LIHTC
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software (OneSite, etc.)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
