Job Description
WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Royal Arms Apartments in Front Royal, VA. The role will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Less than 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Experience with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Superb attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities.
