Role OverviewThe Office of Public Counsel is seeking an Assistant Public Counsel to investigate complaints against administrative agencies, document findings and recommendations, and study government systems to improve state government.
What You Will Do
Investigate complaints, research laws and public records, conduct field investigations, analyze government program functions, and prepare reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Two years of administrative experience, preferably with state government
- Knowledge of investigative procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of state statutes, regulatory provisions, and case law
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
