Assistant Research Manager

Arizona Liver Health is seeking an Assistant Research Manager to lead clinical research activities, manage team members, and ensure compliance with FDA regulations. The role involves coordinating protocols, collecting data, and maintaining study files. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and biomedical research ethics.

What You Will Do

The day-to-day responsibilities include managing the research program, approving time worked, training new staff, and executing regular retrainings. The Assistant Research Manager will also assist in managing the site research staff, review weekly screening and clinic volume, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in a lead CRC role or a CRC III role or equivalent
• A thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, principles of GCP, and biomedical research ethics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact effectively with professional staff, sponsors, and regulatory representatives
• Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements
