Requirements

  • One year of permanent service in a specific title or experience in the operation, repair, and maintenance of large tenanted buildings
  • Four year high school diploma or its equivalent, plus four years of experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Experience supervising at least two maintenance employees
  • Higher education may be substituted for up to two years of experience
