What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Assistant Resident Manager include performing regular walkthroughs of the property, managing amenity spaces, ordering and distributing supplies, and assisting with staff training and scheduling. The role also requires managing multiple and complex operational matters, including repairs and maintenance, property cleanliness, and management of vendors and contractors.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Vocational/technical background
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment and systems
- Luxury hotel or residential background
- Effective ability to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Windows etc.
- Effective supervisory skills with 2 years' experience managing a luxury building staff preferred
