Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking an Assistant Residential Clinical Manager/Operations Manager to facilitate groups, attend staff meetings, and oversee the day-to-day aspects of the Clitheroe Residential schedule. The candidate will maintain and enhance treatment capabilities by hiring, training, and monitoring staff, and ensure the integrity of the overall program schedule of client activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a field related to social services
  • Three years of direct clinical experience in substance abuse/mental health
  • Supervisory experience
  • Alaska State Certification Chemical Dependency Counselor I (CDCI) or II (CDCII)
  • Alaska driver's license with acceptable criminal history and driving records
